Exchange or Reprint



Please note that all products sold are non-refundable.

However, if in any case, you received a damaged product, these include manufacturer's defects such as the below, we will gladly arrange for an exchange or reprint:-

Canvas Print- Loose canvas.


Framed Print- Damaged frame/ acrylic during delivery.

 

Poster Print- Torn or folded paper.

 

All returned products must be in original packaging and it is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore, we would highly recommend that you return with a tracking number.

 

Please provide close up picture of damaged product and damaged outer carton packaging for claim purposes. We will not be able to process your claim if these pictures are not provided.
